About this role
IG&H is seeking a Senior Manager for Pension Consulting to lead the professionalization and positioning of their pension services division. You will provide strategic direction as the Dutch pension system undergoes fundamental transformation under the new Pension Future Act (Wtp). The role involves guiding clients through sector-wide challenges including digital transformation, operational excellence, customer service redesign, data and AI integration, and regulatory compliance. You will shape both client strategies and the broader pension sector, which affects over 10 million Dutch citizens.
What you'll likely bring
- Strategic leadership experience in pension consulting or related financial services
- Ability to guide organizational transformation and digital initiatives
- Understanding of pension system regulations and the Wtp transition
- Experience with data, AI integration, and digital solution development
- Knowledge of customer service and communication redesign in complex sectors
- Capability to work with diverse stakeholders (pension funds, insurers, asset managers, banks)
