As a key finance partner to BU GMs, this role provides critical insights for decision making and drives process excellence for a team of high performing managers and analysts. This is a hands-on, highly visible role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skill.  As a people manager, this role is expected to not just be a high-performing individual contributor, but a developer of talent that can organize a team around common purpose and vision.
