Senior Maintenance Manager (all genders)

Your Role As our Senior Maintenance Manager (all genders) , you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our highly automated production facilities at our Barleben site near Magdeburg . Together with your Engineering team, you will ensure that our technical equipment remains safe, reliable, and available at all times. Working closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering, you will develop future-oriented maintenance strategies, optimize technical processes, and create the conditions for smooth and efficient production. Through your leadership, technical expertise, and passion for Operational Excellence, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our production site. What You'll Do Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Maintenance Supervisors, Automation Engineers, and Technicians while fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. Take ownership of the technical availability and reliability of our production equipment by continuously developing and optimizing our maintenance strategy to sustainably minimize downtime. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including equipment availability, maintenance costs, and technical efficiency, and translate insights into impactful improvement initiatives.
