Join Movares as a Senior Geohydrologist to provide expert advice on groundwater and surface water impacts from civil engineering projects. You will assess dewatering, drainage, and infiltration solutions, develop monitoring plans, conduct water assessments, and contribute to environmental impact reports. A key part of your role involves mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues and helping expand the geohydrology team through your professional network and commercial acumen.
What you'll likely bring
- Completed HBO or WO (higher education) degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar geohydrology role
- Strong knowledge of geohydrological issues and groundwater modelling
- Experience with GIS systems, specifically QGIS
- Analytical mindset with ability to balance process and technical content
- Team player with strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills
- Established professional network within and outside the organization
- Commercial awareness and ability to develop business opportunities
