Key Responsibilities: Design chambers, gas parts, vacuum parts, RF parts, control parts and etc. for the tool. Develop new tools and functionalities, as well as improve existing tool. Evaluate new tools and newly designed parts. Troubleshoot problems occurred on lab tool and customer tool. Interact with other teams and also customers to develop new tool and/or resolve issues.
