Senior Employee Relations Manager - Investigations

About the job As a Senior Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing neutral, timely, and thorough investigations to ensure a respectful and safe workplace. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and the People Team, using your expertise in investigations, legal guidelines, and HR best practices. You will lead and contribute to projects which positively impact the workplace.  Your work will directly support our commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive culture for all employees.  This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Head of Employment Legal and Employee Relations.
