Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Own and execute a digital category strategy and define and report on KPIs. Drive commercial performance by turning KPI insights into fast trading/merchandising actions. Develop the merchandising strategy across key levers: sorting, ranking, search, recommendations, upsell, cross-sell and bundles. Make OOS-aware trading decisions to protect conversion and avoid customer dead ends when products go out of stock.
