About this role
Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients with emphasis on DevOps adoption and organizational change. Advise on agile methodologies and change management strategies to drive adoption across all organizational levels. Monitor market trends, foster continuous improvement culture, and help clients implement DevOps concepts both technically and behaviorally. Support teams in automating processes and modernizing their architectures. Work within a multidisciplinary transformation team specializing in change management, lean practices, and agile methodologies.
