You will handle diverse transfer pricing matters including preparing required documentation, validating compliance with Dutch regulations, negotiating Advanced Pricing Agreements with tax authorities, reviewing colleague work on benchmarking analyses, and managing business restructuring projects domestically and internationally. The role offers a collaborative, informal environment with a hybrid work arrangement—several days per week at the Rotterdam office and remaining days remote or at other locations.
What you'll likely bring
- Proven experience as a transfer pricing consultant
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate transactions from fiscal and business perspectives
- Knowledge of Dutch transfer pricing regulations and statutory requirements
- Experience preparing and validating transfer pricing documentation
- Familiarity with Advanced Pricing Agreement processes
- Ability to review and quality-check consultant work, including benchmarking studies
- Experience with business restructuring projects, preferably in international contexts
- Readiness to take on increased responsibility and leadership
