Join Eraneos Netherlands as a Senior Consultant to guide organizations through agile transformations. You will lead large-scale agile transformation projects, assess current organizational challenges, and implement modern working practices. Work within the Organizational Excellence & Transformation team, collaborating with specialists in change management, lean, and agile methodologies. Responsibilities include serving as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or consultant, designing operating models, and optimizing value streams using SAFe frameworks.
What you'll likely bring
- Extensive experience with large-scale agile transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management, lean, and agile methodologies
