About this role
Baker Tilly is seeking two Senior Business Controllers to join their Finance department and support the company's strategic growth agenda. In this role, you will serve as a financial partner to Business Units, providing strategic and tactical analysis, identifying opportunities and risks, and advising senior management on finance, operations, and business performance. You will work closely with C-level executives and local partners while considering the interests of the company's Private Equity stakeholder. The position involves data-driven performance management, digital transformation initiatives, and contributing to the company's ambitious transformation agenda.
