About this role
Baker Tilly is seeking two Senior Business Controllers to join their expanded Finance team. In this role, you will serve as a financial strategic partner to Business Units, providing sharp analyses and evidence-based advice that informs business decisions and performance. You will work closely with C-level executives and local partners, considering the interests of their Private Equity shareholder. The position involves identifying opportunities and risks, advising management at both strategic and tactical levels across finance, operations, and related areas, and supporting the company's ambitious transformation agenda centered on digitalization, data-driven decision-making, and performance management.
