About the role Horizon Dynamics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives across multiple business units. Responsibilities - Gather and document business requirements. - Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities. - Develop dashboards and performance reports. - Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams. - Support Agile project delivery. Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of business analysis experience. - Strong SQL, Excel, and reporting skills. - Experience with Power BI and Agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in consulting environments. - Knowledge of process improvement framework
