The HelloFresh Total Rewards Team is looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented and experienced Benefits Analyst to serve as the operational backbone for our comprehensive employee benefits programs across the US and Canada. Responsibilities and Impact: Benefits Administration Excellence: Lead the end-to-end administrative management of all North American employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, wellness initiatives, retirement savings (401k/RRSP), and complex leave-of-absence plans. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure absolute and timely compliance with all applicable US and Canadian statutory requirements, including but not limited to ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS regulations, Canadian Benefits and Pension legislation.
