About this role
Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade backup and cyber resilience solutions. Serve as the technical point of contact for internal teams and clients, playing a key role in projects, audits, and incident response. Work with modern technologies in hybrid and cloud environments, including Commvault Core and Cloud platforms, disaster recovery setups, and multi-cloud backup strategies. Continuously improve service delivery through monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of backup and recovery processes.
What you'll likely bring
- Proven expertise in backup, cyber resilience, and disaster recovery
- Experience designing and managing Commvault Core and Commvault Cloud solutions in enterprise settings
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and cyber resilience practices including cleanroom recovery, forensics, immutable backups, and RPO/RTO scenarios
- Experience with Microsoft 365, public cloud, and on-premises infrastructure backup
- Proficiency managing VM backups and restores in VMware and Hyper-V environments
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks including Zero Trust, encryption (at rest and in transit), and Microsoft CAF
- Ability to document procedures, recovery plans, and work instructions
- Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments
- Technical communication skills with internal teams and clients
