The Team You'll Work With You'll be joining our Carta Law team, specifically within the Contracts - North Americas function. Our Contracts team manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for clients – from first review through to execution. You'll be the direct day-to-day contact for sophisticated investment fund and asset manager clients, working alongside fellow lawyers and paralegals. This team delivers high volumes of pre-M&A contract work at speed, supported by AI-backed tools including Carta's proprietary platform, Ava.
