Join Baker Tilly as a Senior Assistant in SME Accountancy & Advisory. You will serve as the financial partner to domestic and international entrepreneurs, visiting different clients weekly to manage their financial administration, annual accounts, and interim reporting. You'll develop deep knowledge of each client's finances and provide strategic advice to help them grow. The role offers variety—no two days are the same—working with family businesses and mid-sized international companies. You'll receive mentorship during onboarding and work in a team environment that balances organizational growth with personal attention.
