About the role As a Reserving Actuarial Analyst at Coalition, you will help evaluate and monitor loss reserves across multiple property & casualty lines of business. You will own key pieces of our quarterly reserving and profit share analyses, working closely with finance, claims, engineering, and underwriting partners to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will play a central part in ensuring our financial results are reliable and in enabling better decisions about risk, growth, and profitability. Responsibilities Perform quarterly reserve analyses and profit share analyses using standard actuarial methodologies to support accurate booked reserves and financial reporting. Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to build and maintain reserving exhibits, reserve triangles, and monitoring dashboards. Partner with Claims, Finance, Underwriting, and other teams to understand loss drivers, identify emerging trends, and assess their impact on reserves. Assist in refining reserving methodologies, assumptions, and governance processes to strengthen consiste
