The STARS Lead Officer (SLO) is responsible for the efficient delivery of daily front of house operations and programs that enhance the security service and customer experience for the Client. The SLO must be comfortable working in a highly complex, fast paced, and collaborative culture. Training and guiding the front of house security team, the SLO verifies compliance with security procedures and policies, tracks audit readiness, and provides direction to ensure customer service requirements are met or exceeded.
