Our SOC Operator role is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our Security Operations Centre. Your responsibilities will include: Dispatching emergency and security services when required Responding effectively to changing priorities and incidents Monitoring CCTV systems and alarm activations Managing mobile alarm callouts and coordinating responses Conducting welfare checks for officers and lone workers Monitoring gas detection and safety systems Prioritising critical alarms, including fire and lone worker activations Communicating with customers, colleagues, contractors and emergency services Escalating issues appropriately and ensuring timely resolution Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity Please note -  The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture - but they give you a good sense of the role.
