About the Role We're looking for a Science Community Lead to build and nurture our community of scientists, researchers, and biotech enthusiasts. You'll be the connective tissue between our organization and the broader life sciences world - creating spaces where people want to hang out, learn, and collaborate. This is a role perfect for someone who's passionate about science but wants to build community rather than spend their days at the bench. You'll own our Discord communities and be responsible for making them vibrant, welcoming, and genuinely useful to members.
