About this role
Sales Consultant for HR Technology at Crowe Foederer Holding. You will be the commercial lead for the HR Tech practice, helping organizations implement HR software, data, and AI solutions. Your role involves generating new business, conducting sales conversations with HR and IT stakeholders, delivering product demonstrations, identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. You will work closely with HR Technology consultants to deliver integrated solutions tailored to each client's requirements, covering selection, implementation, integrations, optimization, and adoption.
