About this role
Work as a salary administration consultant for public sector organizations through XCENT (part of Centric). You will manage complete payroll processes, ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary processing, and provide advisory support to HR and Finance departments. The role involves overseeing payroll quality and efficiency, staying current with labor regulations, and proposing process improvements. You may work independently or as part of a team, and will be assigned to one or multiple client organizations.
