As a result, there is an increased need to provide increased visibility on risk exposure across the teams of continental Europe. Today, we are looking for a Risk Manager for Continental Europe (CE), who will play a central role in strengthening and coordinating the organisation’s CE’s approach to risk management, while ensuring regulatory compliance to risk requirements and effective stakeholder engagement. The main responsibilities are the following: Risk Framework Governance Act as owner and ambassador of the CE risk policy and risk register framework. Serve as the subject matter expert and central coordinator for risk register management across development and operational teams. Promote a strong risk culture and consistent risk management practices throughout the organization. AIFM Risk Management Collect, validate, and monitor AIFM-specific risk metrics and KPIs. Prepare comprehensive AIFM Risk Reports in support of the AIFM Conducting Officer for Risk. Ensure ongoing compliance with CSSF Circular 18/698 and
