Retail Inventory Consultant II

A day in the life (Responsibilities)  The Retail Team is a newer vertical to Toast, building out our sales and servicing capacity to retail customers. As a Retail Inventory Consultant, you will work closely with Retail Onboarding Consultants and are dedicated to supporting a wide range of retail customers by collecting their inventory and item library exports from their previous POS system, migrating it into Toast, and confirming accuracy and cleanliness of the upload with customers. You will also host Item Library Review meetings with customers to ensure understanding of the system prior to the customer’s installation and go-live date. Additionally, in partnership with Retail Onboarding Consultants, you will support newly onboarded customers on an as needed basis for their first 30 days with Toast.  You serve as the customer’s inventory relationship manager from the time that the account purchases Toast, through the onboarding phase of the customer journey. You are expected to work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to achieve monthly activation goals,  prioritize work based on customer need and Toast requirements, collaborate well with Retail Onboarding Consultants and cross-functional teams, and deliver high quality customer interactions.
