Quality Control Team Leader

As the Quality Control Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to lead and support a team of Quality Control Auditors and the NOK Auditor Lead to ensure that quality control standards are consistently upheld across the production line. Reporting to the Quality Control Shift Manager, you oversee daily operations within your team, ensuring that rejects and issues are effectively processed and resolved to maintain production quality. You play a key role in addressing automation-related rejects, guiding the team to handle issues accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will monitor and support the performance and development of your team, fostering a proactive approach to quality improvement.
