About this role
As an experienced safety professional, you will be responsible for ensuring safety across complex construction projects in the northern Netherlands region. You will work with project teams to identify and manage risks, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and integrate safety considerations throughout all project phases from tendering to completion. You'll coordinate safety across multiple parties and subcontractors, conduct regular safety audits, and provide coaching to colleagues on workplace safety practices.
