About this role
As a Project Organizer for the Corporate Office, you will translate architectural designs into optimal and intelligent construction methodologies. Working at the Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed corporate office in Rotterdam, you will be involved from the outset in residential and commercial building projects. Your role includes analyzing structures, determining construction methods, creating build schedules using Asta Powerproject, calculating site costs, designing 3D site layouts in Revit, and coordinating with equipment services, suppliers, and subcontractors. You will work within an experienced team with significant autonomy and opportunity for initiative.
