About this role
Lead complex infrastructure projects combining road construction and specialized works (asphalt, concrete, drainage systems) in the Roosendaal region. You will manage multidisciplinary projects valued between €10–20 million independently, and participate in larger integrated projects up to €100 million as part of the management team. Responsibilities include full project control across schedule, budget, and quality, directing teams to optimize performance, and implementing modern contract forms (UAV-gc, two-phase models) in practice.

- Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to oversee projects with budgets of €10–20 million or larger
- Strong project control skills across time, cost, and quality dimensions
- Experience with modern contract structures (UAV-gc, two-phase contracting) preferred
- People-focused leadership approach with ability to guide work preparation and execution teams
- Knowledge of integrated project management in replacement and renovation (V&R) work
- Familiarity with combined infrastructure projects (road construction, concrete works, drainage systems)
