About this role
Sweco Architects seeks an experienced project manager or project leader in civil engineering to lead complex urban infrastructure projects. You will manage projects from initiation through delivery, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, oversee planning and budgets, and contribute to the team's strategic direction. The role emphasizes sustainable urban development, climate adaptation, digitalization, and circular economy principles. You'll work within the Urban Projects division, which serves regions in North Holland, Utrecht, South Holland, and Zeeland with a team of 140 professionals.
What you'll likely bring
- Proven experience as a project manager or project leader in civil engineering
- Ability to initiate and lead complex projects independently
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship-building skills
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
