About this role
Sweco Architects seeks an experienced project leader to manage complex environmental and infrastructure projects. You will lead integrated teams of managers, advisors, engineers, and designers on initiatives ranging from nature-inclusive area development and water safety projects to urban green management and stream restoration. Working with municipalities, provinces, water boards, and private organizations, you will oversee projects from initial design through execution, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and financial control. The role emphasizes sustainability, health, biodiversity, and climate resilience across all initiatives.
