About this role
Lead infrastructure projects (civil engineering) across Friesland, Groningen, and Drenthe. You manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee technical, organizational, and financial aspects of ground, road, and water construction projects. Responsibilities span from tender and design phases through delivery and aftercare. You coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal specialists, maintaining focus on planning, quality, safety, and outcomes. Projects range from small to multi-million euro initiatives. You have autonomy to shape your leadership approach and build lasting partnerships with stakeholders.
