About this role
Lead industrial construction projects from tender phase through completion for a construction company serving the northeast Netherlands region. Manage complex contracts in the industrial and private sectors, ranging from €10–15 million. Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams, handle client relationships, and oversee projects with varying contract structures (UAV, UAV-GC, D&C, E&C, or design-build). Work on innovative and sustainable initiatives while developing your team.
