About this role
Lead civil engineering projects ranging from small to large-scale infrastructure work, including bridges, viaducts, quay walls, and industrial facilities. You will manage project teams with full responsibility for technical, organizational, and financial performance of concrete construction projects. Your role spans from tender phase through project completion, involving stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, and oversight of quality, safety, and outcomes. You combine technical knowledge with coaching leadership to build strong team performance and lasting client relationships.
