Project Manager

“Connecting technology, business, and people to deliver successful projects.” Your mission: Successfully deliver a large and technically complex project at pace, while balancing customer expectations, engineering execution, quality, planning, and business objectives. As a Project Manager within the Design Engineering department and part of the Test Development Engineering team, you will initially take ownership of a large, technically complex project that requires focused and high-paced execution. You will work for clients in the medical, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries. You are the link between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. With a strong technical foundation and sound business and customer awareness, you engage credibly in technical discussions, challenge assumptions constructively, translate requirements into effective solutions, and drive decisions. In doing so, you ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. What are you going to do? Take ownership of a large, complex technical project from initiation through successful delivery. Develop and actively drive the project plan, balancing technical, commercial, quality, and customer requirements. Act as the key customer contact, build trust, and identify opportunities that strengthen long-term relationships. Create alignment across internal and external stakeholders and enable timely decision-making. Lead a multidisciplinary project team, s
