The Project Coordinator / Inside Sales role is a key support function within the sales organization, responsible for driving accuracy and execution across the HVAC project lifecycle. This position supports outside sales teams by managing estimating, quoting, submittals, and order coordination while maintaining strong communication with contractors and manufacturers. The role directly contributes to successful bid outcomes and project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction-driven environment where deadlines, accuracy, and communication are critical. Base Compensation:  $22.00/ hr. - $46.00/hr. Level 1 – Entry (0–2 years
