About the Role Carbon is looking for a Production Systems/Test Engineer to join our team of talented engineers in our Santa Clara, CA office. The ideal candidate is a systems engineer with a passion for solving complex manufacturing challenges -- someone who thrives on digging into difficult problems across hardware, software, and data to find root cause and drive lasting fixes. In this role, you will lead troubleshooting of our complex end-of-line systems and develop robust test and bring-up processes that make our production line more efficient, self-sustaining, and capable of delivering the highest quality products. You will be a key driver in building the kind of systematic, repeatable testing infrastructure that lets our production team move fast with confidence -- ensuring every product that leaves the building meets Carbon's exacting standards.
