About this role
Lead the development and strategy of workflow capabilities within the Mendix platform at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Define product roadmaps and strategies that address market opportunities and drive customer value. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to build enterprise orchestration features, including AI-assisted workflow generation through Maia. Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch, with focus on BPMN-compatible workflows and microflows integration.
