Process Excellence Specialist (Generalist)

As a Process Excellence Specialist (Generalist) , you will play a key role in driving cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across multiple business functions, including shared services, finance, HR, procurement, and other enterprise operations. You will leverage Lean methodologies, process redesign, analytics, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver sustainable operational excellence. What you'll do Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign initiatives across multiple business functions to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities, and develop future-state processes that drive continuous improvement. Conduct structured root cause analysis using L
