Lead product strategy for Toast's Kitchen Display System (KDS), a critical platform deployed across tens of thousands of restaurants that connects front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Drive product vision across three key areas: supporting complex enterprise kitchen workflows, leveraging kitchen data and AI for operational insights, and expanding adoption among restaurants still using paper-based systems. This role combines restaurant operations expertise, hardware-software product development, and applied AI to influence how hundreds of thousands of kitchen workers operate daily.
