Dept is seeking a Principal Motion Designer to lead motion design strategy and execution across digital experiences and campaigns. You will work with creative directors and cross-functional teams to establish motion systems and standards, while balancing hands-on design work with mentorship responsibilities. The role focuses on pushing creative boundaries and defining how brands communicate through motion across various platforms.
