About this role
Join a residential care team supporting young adults with mild intellectual disabilities and complex support needs at a facility in Bladel. As a personal care coordinator, you will provide structure, safety, and meaningful connection to residents, many of whom experience attachment issues, trauma, ADHD, or autism. Work is based on trust, predictability, and creating an environment where clients feel welcomed and secure. You will develop personalized support plans collaboratively with team members, implement them, and evaluate progress. Irregular shift patterns are available, including overnight care options, with scheduling arranged to accommodate your preferences and team needs.
