Position Overview Step into a pivotal role where your analytical skills drive impact across Hunter Douglas’ People function. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) governance, track people-related costs, and maintain master data integrity across HRIS, Payroll, and EPM systems. Partner with Finance and HR to deliver insights, optimise performance, and support organisational change initiatives while building expertise at the intersection of people, finance, and operations.
