Lead people cost planning and financial analysis for Hunter Douglas, a global window coverings manufacturer. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and Zero-Based Budgeting governance, manage people-related costs, and ensure data integrity across HR systems (HRIS, Payroll, EPM). Work across Finance and HR teams to deliver insights, optimize performance, and support organizational change.
