About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Lead to join our Amsterdam hub. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of the People Operations team locally. You'll wear many hats — answering employee questions, supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring local compliance, and identifying opportunities to make our processes better each day using AI and automations. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys being present and helpful to the people around them, and is looking to grow their HR expertise in a global, fast-moving environment.
