JOB PURPOSE DEPT® is expanding! We have recently added a Budapest office in Hungary to our EMEA portfolio and expect significant growth in our team over the coming years. We are looking for a pioneering People Lead based in Hungary to lay the local foundation while driving high-impact global initiatives. This is a unique "hybrid" role. Initially, you will split your time between building the local Depster Journey in Hungary and leading critical Global L&D programs centred around Client Partnership and AI. As our regional footprint expands, this role is designed to collaborate closely with our hubs across Spain, North Macedonia, Croatia, and Hungary. WHAT YOU'LL DO 1.
