People and Culture Coordinator

ASICS have a new and exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. The People and Culture Coordinator supports the delivery of our local people strategy through coordination of all facets of talent management including recruitment and selection, reward and recognition, reporting and analytics, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement, contributing to the delivery of our business strategy by coordinating our people practices in line with the current and future needs of the business.  In conjunction with the day-to-day responsibilities of this role, purposeful projects such as systems implementation, continuous improvement, and more lie in wait.    Drive ASICS’ EVP and Sound Mind Sound Body ethos and ensure these principles are promoted in all talent activities  Ensuring our systems, processes, and practices are updated to align with our objective to recruit the best people to support business growth and objectives  Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent for all roles across the business  Systems administration and optimisation, including but not limited to our Applicant Tracking System and HRIS and the data that flows through the employee lifecycle  Support the annual/seasonal recruitment to ensure adequate support is in place across the business, including support to group interviews and volume recruitment/assessment days  Continuou
