CLEAR’s Legal team is seeking an experienced and talented Paralegal to support a wide range of commercial, compliance and regulatory, corporate and securities, labor and employment, litigation and disputes, privacy, and product-related matters.  This role will play a key part in supporting CLEAR’s continued growth across its secure identity business, including its consumer aviation product (CLEAR+), B2B secure identity platform (CLEAR1), and TSA PreCheck enrollment service.   What you'll do: Support the Legal team across a broad range of practice areas, including commercial contracting, compliance and regulatory, corporate governance, employment, litigation, privacy, and product counseling Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of agreements (e.g., vendor, customer, partnership, and data-related contracts) and help track obligations through the contract lifecycle Partner cross-functionally with various internal teams to support business initiatives Support securities and corporate governance activities, including subsid
