Job Summary:   As an Opportunity Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our Professional Services Team, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services; working directly with clients and the client experience and sales team, to manage a pipeline of new professional opportunities and craft tailored technical solutions. In collaboration with the Client Experience and Project Management Teams, you’ll consult with both new and existing financial services and healthcare clients, guiding them through technical engagements that support their business needs. You’ll bring a problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills. Meeting deadlines is crucial, as is fostering relationships internally and with clients to encourage future projects and maintain a steady revenue stream from opportunities. You’ll be evaluated on proposal submissions, client satisfaction, and the conversion rate of new opportunities.  Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):   Professional Services Lifecycle Management:  Oversee new professional services opportunities from initial proposal through to sign-off. Oversee the delivery of some smaller work if required, such as consultancy engagements.  Pipeline & Client Request Management:  Respond to client and the Client Experience teams requests for project work and proactively manage a steady workflow for the team.  Solution Design & Implementation:  Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to
