About this role
Production operator responsible for ensuring optimal performance of manufacturing processes. You oversee machine operations, monitor product quality and safety standards, and coordinate team deployment during production. When equipment malfunctions, you troubleshoot first-line issues and escalate to technical maintenance when needed. You report operational information to your team leader and work rotating shifts Monday to Friday, alternating between day shifts (06:00–16:00 or 07:30–15:30) and evening shifts (16:00–00:30).
