Den Hartogh is seeking a structured, proactive, and service‑minded Office Coordinator to support our Logistics Service Centre (LSC) and Depot operations at Säve. In this role, you will be an essential link between customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders—ensuring smooth daily operations. As an Office Coordinator, you can expect a dynamic work environment. You will work closely with the Depot Team to ensure customers receive timely and correct service. Your structure and proactiveness will be useful ensuring accurate input and processing of orders within the system, as well as controlling the mailbox and maintaining the relations with customers concerning cleaning, workshop and heating related matters. You will be reporting to the Production Manager and support in operational matters where needed. The role requires analytical thinking in terms of following up on costs and check orders are priced correctly in collaboration with procurement and the finance department. You will support in the communication with authorities, customers, and other external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships, address concerns, and uphold the company’s service standards. You will be a superuser in our local system and responsible for the Depot office management, to assist drivers and customers with inquiries and support as needed as well as to ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
